Our Scientific Remit
Finding Inspiration, in Every Turn.
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH - IN ACTION.
Conservation of the Earth, its habitat and species starts for us with choosing one particular species for our global mission to help us champion the cause of wildlife conservation; our chosen wildcat representative is the Snow Leopard, native to my ancestral land, in India. These feline wildcats, often referred to as 'Grey Ghosts' cover the mountain regions of South Asia/South East Asia, China, and also span across Central Asia.
Our scientific mission is to help protect the snow leopard and their natural habitat amidst the mountains of South Asia and Central Asia.
Our research will involve ethical scientific observation of this species, as well as understanding its habitat, the mountain landscape, which has, over time, been impacted by rapid, exponential changes due to climatic impacts, both natural and man-made, that have caused such massive changes.
OUR SCIENTIFIC PATHWAY
Our scientific pathway will involve a range of scientific data collection, observation and recording methods that will be applied by both up-to-date tech and traditional scientific methods aligned with seeing the greater picture of what is really happening in the mountain regions and what the risks of surviving in this habitat are like, in the early 21st Century
